Andrew & Amber Garcia, deputation missionaries to Honduras

Andrew & Amber Garcia are now at 30% of their needed support! They have had several opportunities to witness to lost people lately and are asking the Lord to give them more open doors.

Honduras has opened its borders to travelers with negative COVID test results or proof of vaccination, but the country still has a ways to go in recovering from the effects of COVID. The economy was already struggling because of two hurricanes hitting the country last year, and strict lockdowns have affected many people’s employment. Despite these things, the Garcias know of several churches that have had greater opportunities to reach out to their communities and are faithfully meeting, whether in person or online, to worship and study the Bible. But there is still a great need in Honduras for the gospel to be preached, and the Garcias can’t wait to get there and get to work.

Andrew & Amber would appreciate prayers for safety on the roads, more open doors for witnessing, and more churches to partner with them to plant churches in Honduras. Lord willing, they are hoping to finish deputation and head to Honduras in the spring of 2021.
