Chile’s Presidential Runoff

More than 15 million Chileans registered to vote in Sunday’s presidential elections. Ultra-conservative José Antonio Kast finished with 28% of the vote while leftist former student activist Gabriel Boric finished at 26%.

In Chile’s electoral system, if no candidate secures a 50% majority, the two top finishers compete in a runoff, which will be held on December 19. Continue to pray for Chile and the upcoming presidential elections!
