World Evangelism News, Burkina Faso

Please pray for Burkina Faso and the work there. Vision Baptist Missions has two missionaries currently living in there.

Dallas and Ashley Brown live in Ouagadougou.

Jason and Charity Rishel live in Bobo-Dioulasso. They are faithfully serving God and seeing souls saved.

Keith and Rebecca Shumaker, Macedonia World Baptist Missions, are the first missionaries to the country that we support at Vision Baptist Church.

Vicente and Gabby Garcia are Vision Baptist Missionaries serving in Burkina Faso. They have started two churches and are looking to start a third. God is using them. The Garcias are Mexican believers. They were saved in Alabama. They moved to Peru to study and prepare. Then raising their support and serving now for years on the field of Burkina Faso. Please pray for them.

Right now the tensions are growing in the country. The Islamic terrorist are there and active. This can mean danger but it can also mean that God will use it to make people more receptive to the gospel. One news report today says 14 People Massacred At Church In West African Nation Of Burkina Faso, Says Nation’s President. Another recent article says ISIL is not dead, it just moved to Africa.

I am asking you to pray for the churches, the Christians, the pastors, and the missionaries that are at work in this area of the world. All these missionaries could use your encouragement. I have included a link to their web pages. Would you contact them and tell them you love them?
